The Muscogee Creek Nation currently has the River Spirit Casino complex on Riverside Parkway.  It has been  announced that they are investing over $300 Million in the Margaritaville development which includes hotel,  restaurants, casino and resort. Jimmy Buffett is  famous for his song released in 1977, Margaritaville which has become a  brand of products and  over 25 casino based resorts that house restaurants, bars, beach themed casino and retail stores in a resort  format. Margaritaville franchises are similar to the Hard Rock franchise of restaurants and casino’s such as the one in  East Tulsa.
